On a rare, gorgeous, 70 degree day, what else to do but take a ride on the cruiser bikes down to the beach with my man? The Strand, as this beach is called, is a few minutes ride through Oxford and while it's empty now, I imagine it gets quite busy on a hot summer day. I've started collecting "beach glass" (sea glass but from fresh water) and keeping it in a jar. We're soaking up the warm weather today knowing that it won't last.
