Our Amaryllis

My friend Ness works at a flower shop that does many big events.  She recently had a bunch of flowers leftover and gave me two of them.  I had never had an amaryllis before and was delighted when they bloomed so beautifully.  I generally can't keep my indoor plants alive, especially those "easy" succulents, because I either never water them or suddenly over water them.  Luckily, these guys were ready to bloom before I could kill them off.
