River Prom 2011

So, a few years back some of our "river rat" friends came up with an idea to get together once a year, cleaned up (we usually see each other grimy, sandy and sweaty on the river), dressed up, and ready to party as usual. River Prom began in 2003 and minus the missed last year, has become an annual party. This year, the theme was Western Formal. It was held in a decked out bachelor pad/RV storage and they booked a live band and we ate Joe's BBQ. It was a fantastic night of boots, cowboy hats and dancing.
